Abstract

The article considers the process of developing a web resource designed to inform, discuss and solve public problems. The main goal of the work is to create an effective tool that promotes active participation of citizens in solving social issues. The object of the study is a web resource developed on the Node.js platform, and the subject is its functionality and impact on social processes. The work uses methods of analysis, design, development, testing and evaluation of user experience. A flexible approach based on the Agile methodology is used, which allows you to quickly adapt to changes and improve the product based on feedback.
