Abstract

This article presents a comparative analysis of slope stability, performed using GeoStudio and Optum G2 software, within a two-dimensional (2D) problem formulation. The objective of the study is to compare the features of numerical modeling, methods for calculating the coefficient of stability (FoS), and to evaluate the accuracy and effectiveness of the results obtained in each software environment.
