Abstract

The article considers the process of developing an online store integrated with a CRM system to promote the products of the ethno-brand “Aisanat”. The main attention is paid to the analysis of the needs of the target audience, the development of the system architecture taking into account cultural and market features, as well as the design and implementation of a CRM system for managing customer data, orders and marketing campaigns. The proposed solutions are aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the ethno-brand in the e-commerce market.
