This article presents algorithms for generating synthetic accelerograms of strong earthquakes for both the free surface and the internal layers of an anisotropic rock mass. The authors propose a mathematical model based on a non-stationary multiplicative random process that takes into account the macroseismic parameters of the region and the spectral composition of ground motion. Using Kanai's semi-analytical method, a methodology for determining layer-by-layer accelerations in a multilayer medium, taking into account the reflection and refraction of seismic waves, is developed. Particular attention is paid to calculating the velocities of quasi-P and quasi-S waves in inclined transtropic rock masses, which is critical for assessing the seismic resistance of underground structures and hydraulic dams.
