INFLUENCE OF WARLING PACKAGING DENSITY ON THREAD TENSION DURING UNWINDING IN THE SOFT YARN ZONE OF A SIZING MACHINE

This article provides a comparative technical analysis of the winding and compaction systems of batch drumless warping machines from leading domestic and international manufacturers. The author notes that the lack of effective automatic density regulators leads to significant radial warp winding unevenness, reaching 14.3%, which disrupts the stability of yarn tension during subsequent winding in the soft yarn zone of the sizing machine. To ensure the technological uniformity of the semi-finished product, the comprehensive implementation of automatic package density control systems directly during the warping process is proposed.
