Abstract

This article explores the pressing pedagogical challenge of enhancing the learning and cognitive activity of master's students as future physics teachers. The author formulates a set of organizational and pedagogical conditions for developing students' professional motivation and intellectual work culture, applying them in detail to the key requirements of a modern school physics lesson. Particular attention is paid to the polytechnical focus of education, the methodology of fundamental physical theories, the development of school experiments, as well as improving methods for monitoring academic performance and tracking student performance dynamics.
