Abstract

This article examines the implementation of e-learning technologies in higher education using dynamic, interactive websites. The authors substantiate the advantages of using free content management systems (CMS), focusing on the Joomla! platform, which runs on PHP, JavaScript, and the MySQL database. The paper explores the functionality of this CMS extensions for organizing feedback in the educational process and provides examples of practical web projects.
