Abstract

This paper presents a mobile learning system designed for studying the Dart programming language. The main stages of application development, its structure, and functional capabilities are described. The system includes theoretical materials, programming code examples, practical exercises, and knowledge assessment tools. The application was developed using the Dart programming language and the Flutter framework. The developed software can be used for self-study of Dart and as a supplementary educational tool in programming courses.
