INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF GEOMECHANICS: APPLICATION OF THE CONCEPT OF INTERNATIONALIZATION IN DEFINITION AND FUNCTIONS

The study analyzes the concept and role of international geomechanical universities in the context of the modern educational environment. The authors conducted a detailed review of the definition of an international university and identified its key characteristics, including a multicultural environment, global orientation, international cooperation and the involvement of students and teachers from different regions of the world. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the functions of international universities, including the development of international academic relations, the promotion of cultural exchange and participation in international scientific research.
The significant contribution of international universities to the development and application of new educational technologies is noted. Their activities contribute to the development of digital educational platforms, the creation of online courses and research in the field of education.
The article presents aspects related to the internationalization of universities. The study examines in detail the impact of internationalization on the functioning of international universities, including their ability to provide a multicultural environment, attract students and faculty from different countries, and develop international academic ties.
Special attention is paid to the contribution of international universities to the development of educational technologies, digital platforms and online education. Due to their global orientation and active internationalization, these educational institutions have a significant impact on progress in computing science, technical innovation and digital education.
