About the Journal

The journal is published with the purpose of publishing articles containing results in the fields of continuum mechanics, geomechanics, geotechnology, and computational mathematics, as well as articles for studying problems of fluid dynamics, rock mass geomechanics, geotechnology for subsoil development, and the geoecology of mining regions. This journal also addresses theoretical and applied aspects of numerical methods for constructing finite-dimensional analogs of continua and discretizing domains; the use of modern high-performance computers; and a comparative analysis of the capabilities of various application packages and the use of information technology. It aims to publish the main scientific results of candidate and doctoral dissertations, PhD theses, research papers as a scientific and scientific-technical periodical, as well as the publication of scientific conference proceedings.
